St Patrick's Day 🇮🇪 Tap takeover

Thursday 1st February 2018

White Hag Tap Takeover coming to Craft Inn for St Patrick's Day.

Craft Inn's first ever tap takeover comes to Sutton Coldfield on St Patrick's Day as we team up with the award winning White Hag brewery.

The Sligo-based company get their name from Irish mythology, with the White Hag being linked to the spirit of Ireland itself. Perfect for St Patrick's Day.

For those who need reminding, St Patrick's Day falls on March 17th so make sure to mark the date in your diary and head down to sample some fantastic craft brews.

Craft Inn's co-owner, Mark Kiely said: "At Craft Inn we are always looking for new exciting breweries when looking at beers to bring in."

"We've definitely found one in this little gem the White Hag from Ireland, so we thought there would be no better time to showcase this brewery than having a tap takeover on St Patrick's Day.'

'There's going to be five of their beers on draft, plenty of bottles and cans to take away and we'll also be bringing some of Ireland's finest craft gins."

White Hag have created a variety of beers ranging from stouts to lagers, with a number of IPAs to choose from in particular.

Their commitment to outstanding brewing hasn't gone unnoticed, being named RateBeer's best New Brewery in 2016 and Beoir's Best Brewery in Ireland in 2017 meaning their set for an exciting 2018.

Shop manager, Dan Ross said: "This tap takeover represents everything we're about at Craft Inn.

"Bringing the best of craft beer to Sutton Coldfield to demonstrate to customers the quality of what's on offer, while giving breweries the chance to show off their top notch product.

"This is going to be the first of many tap takeovers and we're really excited about the type of events we're going to be able to put on moving forward."
